Dear Friend of the Festival:
The Red Flannel Festival Board is already hard at work getting ready for the 2008 Red Flannel Festival. As always, the goal of the Board is to make this year’s Festival a fun-filled, family-oriented experience that is bigger and better than ever. The theme for the 2008 Red Flannel Festival is “Catch the Red Flannel Fever!”
It is the goal of the Red Flannel Festival to partner with you to promote and market your business to the fullest extent! Over 35,000 guests visit Cedar Springs during Red Flannel events! Over 10,000 full-color Festival brochures and over 10,000 copies of the Red Flannel Press are printed and distributed in Kent, Montcalm and Mecosta Counties. In addition, over 800 Queen’s Scholarship Pageant Programs are printed and distributed annually.
We’re excited to share that we have partnered again this year with 106.3 Radio in Greenville to air 300+ commercials and a four-hour live remote on Red Flannel Day. In addition, we are again airing an EXCITING, FUN TELEVISION COMMERCIAL with a Red Flannel theme we plan to air at least 700 times to positively promote Cedar Springs and the Red Flannel Festival!
The Festival needs the support of the area business community to help ensure its continued success. Enclosed you will find a list of sponsorship opportunities in which your business can invest. In exchange for this investment, your business will receive the tangible benefit of significant name exposure that will help market and promote your business in the Cedar Springs, Montcalm and Mecosta County areas. You will also receive the intangible benefit of knowing that you have done something outstanding in helping to continue the 69-year legacy of the Red Flannel Festival.
The following pages also describe the complimentary packages Festival sponsors receive as our way of saying thank you for your generous support. If you have any questions after reviewing this packet, please contact the Festival either via e-mail at president@redflannelfestival.org or by phone at 616.696.2662.
